The AI agent in Slack that is your team's favorite teammate.
Example in Slack: staging deploys have failed since 8:20. Priya asks @Keo what's going on. Keo checks the last six runs and the commits since 8:20, then answers that one test, auth/session.spec.ts, has failed every run and names the first bad commit, with three verified sources. It also says it can't see staging logs. Dan takes the fix, the deploy passes, and Priya thanks Dan. In #growth, Priya asks Keo for last week's churn, and Keo publishes it as a page the workspace can open. In #sales, Keo speaks up first: two forecast deals haven't had contact in 14 days, and it has drafted follow-ups for each. Sam sends the first one.
Just tag @Keo.
Connect your tools. Keo learns your company.
Your whole team gets unlocked.
Why Keo is the best teammate
Two deals in this quarter's forecast haven't had contact in 14 days. Both are past their expected close date.
Posted because deals passed your follow-up threshold.
@Keo why did we move off Postgres?
Decided in the March 2024 architecture review — write throughput on the events table. Full thread linked.
been here a week and I already have context nobody had time to explain
Signups dropped 18%. The Tuesday deploy is the likely cause.
I can't see Zendesk, so support tickets aren't included. Connecting it would close the gap.
rolling back #812 now
The part nobody else will tell you.
Most AI teammates are token-maxing. Low output. Max cost.
Keo's proprietary system routes work to the optimal model.
64% more output. Minimized cost.
Keo maximizes work, not your spend.
Setup
No endless sales process.
One person, one click. No admin ticket.
Hi Greg. I'm in. I can see the 3 channels you added me to.
Ask me anything in them. Connect a tool and I'll reach further.
Personal tools connect as you. Shared ones reach only the people an admin names.
Not a demo task. The thing eating your week.
Can you pull together this week's status update?
Done — drafted from GitHub, Linear, and this channel.
You stay in control
Keo has no way to:
✕DM someone who's never used it, without permission
installing isn't consent
✕See a channel it wasn't invited to
someone has to invite it
✕Reach a tool nobody gave it
a person opened every connection, on purpose
✕Quote a private room to people outside it
the room just sees “couldn't find that”
✕Message you without saying why
every message carries its reason
✕Keep going after you say stop
stop is permanent, and immediate
✕Do anything without leaving a record
every action is logged
Every action crosses the gateway. Watch it refuse.

FAQ
Keo works inside your company's Slack. Tag @Keo in a channel or message it directly, and it does the work right in the thread: it answers with its sources, builds pages your team can open, and flags what needs attention before anyone asks. It connects to the tools you already use and learns how your company works.
Click Add Keo to Slack and leave your work email, and we'll be in touch to set up your team. If the Keo team gave you a code, enter it there to add Keo right away. You can start free, with no credit card.
Any team that lives in Slack. It helps most where work crosses tools and people: engineering, product, sales, marketing and data.
A chatbot answers what you ask. Keo knows your company: what was decided in March, who owns what, what a word means in your business. And it acts on what it knows: it files the ticket, builds the page, and follows up when something slips.
What you can see, plus any shared tool an admin opened to you. Personal tools connect as you, so if you can't open a document, neither can Keo when it answers you. That's why the same question from two people can get two different answers. Keo only reads channels it's been added to, and it won't quote a private room to people outside it.
Not your direct messages. What you ask Keo in a DM stays between you and Keo: it doesn't show up in channels or in anyone else's answers. Admins can see a log of the actions Keo takes for each person. You can see everything Keo has learned about you, and delete any of it.
Less than ten minutes. One person adds Keo to Slack, connects a tool or two, and asks it something real. You don't need to be the workspace owner. Shared tools, like your warehouse, need an admin to connect.
Only if you allow it. Keo messages someone who hasn't used it only when the person who installed it turns on introductions, and then once per person, ever. Every message it starts has a way to stop, and stop is permanent and immediate. Ignore it multiple times and it stops on its own.
It can't reach a tool nobody connected, or work in a channel it wasn't added to. Changes come to you as approval cards, and routine ones can be set to always allow. And when it doesn't know something, it says so.
Everything Keo can reach, and everything it did. Admins decide who can use each shared tool and whether Keo can write to it. They can disconnect any connection, pause or delete any automation, read a log of every action Keo took or was refused, and correct anything Keo has learned. Admins are a named list. Slack's admin role grants nothing.
